HOW TO USE
Create a more natural brow by adding hair like strokes in the direction of brow hair growth filling in sparse areas and outlining brows connecting brow hairs together. The brow powder can also fill inside brow area and define with pencil and blend together with grooming brush brushing in upward and outward motions to give the brow their best shape.
